How to Treat The Trigger Finger


You should rest your hand for four to six weeks as it will be relaxed. And, avoid excessive use of the finger of the trigger. In addition, you should avoid or minimize the repetitive grip action.
Soaking your affected hand in lukewarm water can give you a very effective result. The morning is the best time to perform this procedure because it will minimize the hardness of the catching sensation during the day.
