Natural Home Remedies for Shoulder Pain

A painful shoulder irritates more for the human beings. It will happen to all the age groups. Because of this bugging ache on the shoulder pain is that you cannot be able to concentrate on anything. Mainly shoulder pain causes due to prolonged sitting office hours in front of the computers. The lack of action causes muscles stiff that further increases the shoulder pain. The other reasons for shoulder pain may be an injury to the muscles, soft tissues, & ligaments of joints strained muscles. You can get many balms from shops for the relief of shoulder pain & other medicines in a market, but all those will come with side effects. For minor shoulder pains, you can depend on natural remedies that help in the treatment of shoulder pain. Below are the list of home remedies to reduce shoulder pain.
1. Turmeric

Turmeric is a potent pain reliever, whether used orally or applied directly to the affected area. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory in nature, therefore, can give release from the pain & swelling. Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to two tablespoons of turmeric powder to make the paste. Dab this paste on the affected area of the shoulder. Let it dry, and rinse off with warm water afterward. Apply this paste two times a daily until you get relief from pain.

Otherwise, you can also add a tsp of turmeric in a cup of milk & stir well. Boil this mixed milk & add honey for sweet taste. Drink it twice a day to help the healing process.

Note: Don’t eat too much of turmeric, if you are using blood-thinning medicines.
