Oatmeal is another food that help reduce stress and to get calm, bring to mind hormone serotonin flowing. Go with thick cut, old formed oats that need cooking instead of immediate oatmeal. Why? Common oats are higher in fibre, so they take longer time to digest means that their calming effect really lasts longer.
